- Scope
These Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all purchases of digital products
made through this website or via the linked sales platform (e.g., Gumroad).

These Terms apply to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German
Civil Code (BGB).
- Products
The products offered consist exclusively of digital content, such as
worksheets, templates, strategy tools, and educational resources.
No physical goods are delivered.
- Contract Formation
The presentation of products on this website constitutes a non-binding
invitation to purchase.
The purchase contract is concluded when the customer completes the payment
process through the sales platform (e.g., Gumroad) and receives confirmation of
the order.
- Prices and Payment
All prices shown are final prices.
Payment processing is handled through the payment providers offered by the
sales platform (e.g., Gumroad), such as PayPal, credit card, or other available
payment methods.
The purchase price is due immediately upon completion of the order.
- Delivery of Digital Content
After successful payment, the purchased digital product will be made
available electronically.
Delivery typically takes place through:
- a
download link
- access via the sales platform account
- or
delivery via email
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the provided email address is
correct and that their device meets the technical requirements for downloading
the digital content.
- Usage Rights (License)
All digital products are protected by copyright.
Upon purchase, the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to use the digital product for personal purposes only.
Without prior written permission from the provider, the following actions
are prohibited:
- redistribution or sharing of the files
- resale
or sublicensing
- commercial
use
- modification and redistribution of the materials
- Disclaimer and Liability
The digital products are provided for informational and educational
purposes only.
No guarantee is made regarding specific results from the use of the
materials.
The provider shall be liable for damages only in cases of intentional
misconduct or gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to
life, body, or health.
Liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz)
remains unaffected.
Withdrawal Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung)
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days
without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the
contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the provider
by email of their decision to withdraw from the contract.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:
- the consumer expressly agrees that the execution
of the contract begins before the withdrawal period expires, and
- the consumer acknowledges that they lose their
right of withdrawal once the download or access to the digital content
begins.
Such consent is typically given during the checkout process.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are generally not possible
once access to the digital product has been granted.
Refunds may be issued only in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- technical problems preventing access to the
product
- duplicate
purchases
- incorrect
billing
- Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic
of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the
International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If the customer is a consumer residing in another member state of the
European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain
unaffected.
